I'm looking to buy proerty in Belize, Ambergris Cay specifically?
I wonder about the crime rate, the clarity of the water, beaches, poverty and living standards. How much does it cost? How difficult / expensive is it to get supplies from the mainland Given a choice between Ambergris Caye, Placencia and a new development through the Bay of Chetumal Mexico what you think. I want an income from rental property now, but something that perhaps could retire in 20 years. I love the Caribbean and would like to buy something in the Virgin Islands but that is not happening so I figured that would try something on the other side or in the Caribbean Sea. Any suggestions, opinions or information would help.
